no.... glass is a fixed, inflexible object. A tree branch can grow very close to glass, then when there's too much stress on the glass it will break. But a branch growing THROUGH glass would require the glass itself to move, which will not happen.
As for the 'glass is liquid' theory. It's a good theory.... but it would take about a thousand years to happen, a tree grows much faster than that. (look at glass in a 1920's house, it's thicker at the bottom because the glass has flowed down... but even that small change takes 75 - 100 years.

No. The force of the tree growing would either move the glass or the tree would grow beside the glass, but not through it. Through is spelled 'through'. 'Threw' means to toss something like a ball.

Theoretically, yes, as glass is actually a liquid, even it its semi-hardened state at room temperature. A continued pressure on glass can, over time, be penetrated without actually breaking the glass so a stout tree limb, growing at an appropriate angle should be able to "grow" through it. Obviously, the warmer the glass is the closer it is to flowing and the easier it is for the timber to pass through.

No. Unless there is a tree out there that grows a "Throoglass" fruit, I think you should win this bet.
