Genesis 4:17 says, "Cain lay with his wife, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Enoch." Who was his wife? It is implied in the biblical text that Cain married one of his sisters. Several facts lead us to this conclusion.
First, it is clear that Adam and Eve had a number of children. Genesis 5:4 says, "After Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters." Since Adam and Eve were the first man and woman, and since God had commanded them (and their descendants) to be fruitful and multiply (Genesis 1:28), it seems reasonable to conclude that Cain married one of his many sisters. It is also possible that he married a niece or even a grandniece.
One must keep in mind that in the early years of the human race there were no genetic defects that had yet developed as a result of the fall of man. By the time of Abraham, God had not yet declared this kind of marriage to be contrary to His will (see Genesis 20:12). Laws governing incest apparently did not become enacted until the time of Moses (Lev 18:7-17; 20:11,12,14,17,20,21). Hence, there was no prohibition regarding marrying a sister (or niece or grandniece) in the days of Cain.

The Bible does not specifically say who Cain’s wife was. The only possible answer is that Cain's wife was his sister or niece or great-niece, etc. The Bible does not say how old Cain was when he killed Abel (Genesis 4:8). Since they were both farmers, they were likely both full-grown adults, possibly with families of their own. Adam and Eve surely had given birth to more children than just Cain and Abel at the time Abel was killed. They definitely had many more children later (Genesis 5:4). The fact that Cain was scared for his own life after he killed Abel (Genesis 4:14) indicates that there were likely many other children and perhaps even grandchildren of Adam and Eve already living at that time. Cain's wife (Genesis 4:17) was a daughter or granddaughter of Adam and Eve.
Since Adam and Eve were the first (and only) human beings, their children would have no other choice than to intermarry. God did not forbid inter-family marriage until much later when there were enough people to make intermarriage unnecessary (Leviticus 18:6-18). The reason that incest today often results in genetic abnormalities is that when two people of similar genetics (i.e., a brother and sister) have children together, there is a high risk of their recessive characteristics becoming dominant. When people from different families have children, it is highly unlikely that both parents will carry the same recessive traits. The human genetic code has become increasingly “polluted” over the centuries as genetic defects are multiplied, amplified, and passed down from generation to generation. Adam and Eve did not have any genetic defects, and that enabled them and the first few generations of their descendants to have a far greater quality of health than we do now. Adam and Eve’s children had few, if any, genetic defects. As a result, it was safe for them to intermarry.

The story was only put into writing in the wilderness by mosses thousands of years after the fact. It was handed down by verbal stories. So only the key players are mentioned. They were perfect and the bible says they had son's and daughters. So probably they had hundreds of children and in less than 20 years they all had children and then those children had children. How do you know that cane was not already married to this women and had a lot of children. Because the story continues Genesis 4:17 cane knew his wife and she had Enoch. then they engaged in building a city. So it all runs together like it happened all at once. Where we know it takes time so possiblely he even had the son before this time. Who really knows?
The Genesis account jumps back and forth and you have to read parts here and there to understand it.
Just think a few people running away from Gingus Kong some cruel Chrinese dictator killing people. chases these people down a icey path through alaska into what is now the USA. Those few indians or actually Chinese escapees.
In a few short years prehaps a thousand fills the whole two continients. Of north and South america.
Adam was 930 years old when he died. Genesis 5:4,5
Says he had sons and daughters.
It would be ridiculous to assume that during 930 years a perfect man and women only had 3 sons.
The earth was full of sons and daughters and grand sons.
I would assume there was more women then men because some men took two wives. genesis 4:19 that would even do it faster.

Chapter 1 of Genesis tells the creation, chapter 2 is just a detailed description of the creation of man, not two seperate creations and they do not contradict each other. God created Adam and Eve and no one else. The entire human race came from those two people. Cain like you said married his sister or some other close relative. God bless.

The gene pool as so pure back then that it was acceptable. After it got watered down, it was no longer acceptable. That's why Cain's generation was living to be 900 years old but we now only live to be 90 years old. God created Adam and Eve, everyone else came by birth.

It was his sister (Abel's twin sister, Luluwa). She was meant to marry Abel, but with him dead, Cain took her instead according to pseudipigraphal and apocrphyal books. Especailly the Book of the Life of Adam and Eve, The Book of Jubilees, The Book of Enoch, etc.
Also in the Book of Genesis, the Bible says of Adam and Eve after having Cain, Abel and Seth, "and they had OTHER CHILDREN AFTER THAT!"
According to the Midrash, Jewish Legends and Oral Traditions dating from that time, pregnancies only lasted from 1 to 4 days and people did live for a long time, so we have no idea how many children they could have had. After all, they were almost genetically perfect being the 1st generation, indeed THEY HAD BEEN.

One of his sisters. See, they were SO close to Perfection, only once removed from perfect parents, that NO imperfections were incurred by that close breeding! And that was true until well AFTER the flood of Noah's Day.
It was in the time of Joseph well after the building and destruction of the Tower of Babel. That humans were becoming so far from perfection that 1/2 siblings could marry. Then in Moses day the Laws were given. NO BROTHERS, SISTERS, No Parent and CHILD No In laws, close cousins, etc. were allowed to marry. Man has traveled that far from perfection by the time of MOSES!!!! Read the laws in Leviticus Chapter 18.... SO Adam and Eve were first and told to re create or pro create, But at that point of perfection, any one could breed with out worry of congenital defects!

The bible doesn't say what relation she was to him, so no sense in guessing. Since Adam and Eve were the first created people on earth and everyone else was born, you know that Cain was related to his wife.

Yes he did marry a relative. No others were created by God, that we know of, and so that is the only option. It was most likely a sister.

as per the most or some christians he does his sister in a insest kind of way. Kinda like God said share your family with one another, pass your sister around the house becasue we need to bread for the lord.
the Lord created others, or he would have said he took his sister.
Adam and Eve were the blood line of the king of kings, and the Jews.
