Maybe Irritable Bowel Syndrome .
Symptoms may include constipation and/or diarrhea (often alternating) abdominal pain, mucus in the stools, nausea, flatulence, bloating and intolerances to certain foods.Pain is often triggered by eating, and may be relieved by a bowel movement.Lifestyle factors such as stress and diet are common causes.Irritable bowel syndrome is painful, but not serious, and most people who have it lead active, productive lives if they change their diets, get regular exercise, and replace needed nutrients.

Inflamation within the discs is uncurable. Did you've got an twist of fate of a few sort 2 years in the past that could have brought about the ache? If the prescriptions arent operating then sure give up taking them. They can regularly make matters worse. Try a heating pad a pair instances an afternoon, for not more than 15-20 mins at a time. Get on-line and print out again stretching sporting events. Yoga is well too. It would be a couple of matters in any other case: kidneys, gull bladder, pinched nerve, and so forth. Have you visible a chiropractor,or only a PCP? I wish any of this is helping. Hope you get good.

I've had eight abdominal hernias. Before the bulge popped thru and I could feel a lump, there was pain and tenderness in the area -- especially when I was physical. If I just layed around it didn't hurt. Do you find that the case? I suggest figuring out if the pain is activity related. That will be a clue.

If that is the case, slowly & gently develop your abdominal muscles. Probably under the guidance of a professional.

Have you had any previous abdominal surgeries (before the lap, I mean) because scar tissue and adhesions can cause pain.

If thats not the case, maybe try chiro and accupuncture.

Best wishes,
Regina

I had a lower abdominal pain on the right side for two years. All the tests were negative. Finally my orthopedic surgeon solved the problem. My hip socket was worn out. Is that weird or what? But true!!

Do you only experience the pain when on your period? The doctor says I have endometriosis, but they did not really find any scar tissue. I take Ultam for my pain and it help me out greatly.
