Don't you think thyey could be unsanitary?

The food can be really weird if you're not used to it, when I go I normally stick to the basic choices. First time I went with friends we all freaked out at what was being offered because we had just never heard of people eating things like that.

I don't see any reason why they would be unsanitory, they are quite popular particularly in the asian community and you usually have to wait for a table. Usually it is the quiet places that are unsanitory because they cut costs and otherwise don't care about their patrons - which is why they are quiet. Savvy?

Why should they be unsanitary? All restaurants in Sydney are checked regularly by health inspectors and any unsanitary activity or equipment is prosecuted with large fines imposed. The State government is about to open a web page, if it hasn't done so already, listing restaurants that have failed to clean up their act. In general, restaurants in Sydney and anywhere else are clean and sanitary.
