God is settling an issue raised by Satan in the garden of Eden. Man interfers with things God has set in motion and God will straighten everything out when the issue is settled. Man should stop chopping down all the forests, especially the rainforests as it is changing weather patterns, but man's greed overpowers his rational thought.

My dear friend, no need writing this ques. because God won't write an answer back, you're sending him on guilt trips, kneel in the privacy of your room and pray fervently to him, he knows your condition and wants you to come and ask him, like the other guy said God knows what he does and when he does it, there was rain in their vicinity and the next day it's even hotter than b4. 'Cause God's mean like that. You'd actually be better off asking a scientist to make it rain, at least they could actually do it, if trained in the proper branch of science.
