i wanted to make some sugar cookies for my brothers but we dont have eggs is there any way i can make them without eggs?

2 cups of flour
2 sticks of butter
1 1/4 cups sugar

cream butter and sugar. sift flour. combine flour slowly with butter and sugar. form a ball and then roll out on wax paper. cut with cookie cutter. bake @350 for 8-10 minutes. dust with powdered sugar.

FAVORITE SUGAR COOKIES (NO EGGS)

1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Cream together butter and sugar. Sift dry ingredients together and mix into creamed mixture. Roll into small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press slightly with a fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.

SUGAR COOKIES<3

NGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine flour, salt, baking soda and nutmeg.
Cream together the butter and sugar. Blend in the sour cream; add dry ingredients.
Chill dough for 1 hour. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness on a sugar and floured surface.
Cut with cookie cutter; bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes.

Yes. Make shortbread instead!


Shortbread

1 Cup butter, room temp
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
3 C All Purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt

Whisk dry ingredients well. Beat butter and vanilla until fluffy. Add dry ingredients to butter. Mix just until combined. Press or roll out to about 3/8" thick, and cut into small squares or use simple cookie cutter. Prick a few holes in each, or use the tines of a fork. Place on parchment paper. Dust tops w/ a bit of granulated sugar to make them sparkle. Bake at 325ºF for approx. 15 mins or til golden brown. about 3 dz. Cool on racks; store room temp in airtight container.

We like Shortbread at our house. Search on the net for shortbread recipe. It takes flour, sugar and butter.
