What are signs that a person is dehydrated?

profound loss of fluid through sweating, vomiting, urine, or bowel movements
eyes that seem to sink into the eye sockets
dry mouth or sticky mucous membranes
severely sunken fontanels in infants
loss of normal skin elasticity
decreased or absent urination
decreased tearing in eyes

There are many signs of dehydration first of all there is dry lips, dry eyes, if your kidneys don't work a lot, and I know that there are others but I just can't think of them right now. I know about deep dehydration because I am a quadriplegic and I have UTIs a lot. I do not like to drink water but usually I am made to do so otherwise I would probably have to go to the hospital. To cure dehydration, bets option is Gatorade, it also has electrolytes to prevent water toxicity.

One of the easiest ways to tell is to look at your skin. If its dry on the outside you're dry on the inside. Also, if you're like crazy thirsty. In extreme cases you get light headed. can't think straight and quesy in the tummy.

Very tired. Sometimes you never really know till they passout. But just keep watch that someone atleast has a sip of something so they can keep moving!

Hasn't needed to pee in several hours, tounge feels pasty, if you pinch the skin above your knuckle with you fingers outstretched it won't retract
