no it won't harm you. Don't drink or mix any other meds with it. I've taken 20 mg and it was not a problem.
Of course thats not healthy.

That is a mega dose of Valium considering the usual dose is 1 to 5mg by mouth. It will make you sleepy.

probably not. its a lot but at the drs office where i work when they sedate people before an unpleasant procedure, they give 10 mg of valium along with pain medicine. the people are usually pretty loopy, but unless you have allergic reaction or are sensitive to the drug, it shouldnt be dangerous

No it won't if taken once....the question is why you need so much....Valium is addictive and the longer you take it the less effective it becomes so ask yourself why the need.
