If it were you , would you want him to go out and cheat? If the relationship is as you say dead, there is no reason to keep stringing him along. Let him go, don't be selfish and think only of you, if you think there is nothing left in the relationship after all this is a relationship between 2 people . Have you tried talking to him to see if anything can change, communication is always very important? What is making the relationship dead? Evaluate all these things before you go out and make a mistake. But know this: if you do decide to cheat, be prepared for the consequences....

don't cheat on him at all because you wouldn't want him to cheat on you. if you know the relationship is dead then brake up with him and move on but wait awhile before going out with someone new. and a relationship isn't all about sex there's more to it then that. have you tried to talk to him to find out what's wrong in your relationship? if you don't commentate then how do you know what's the other person thinking. this is one reason why relationships don't workout because they don't trying to talk to each other to find out what's wrong in the relationship. if people commentated more then things probably would much better. good luck.

Honestly, I think you're selfish. You can break up with him but you just dont want to because you dont want to ruin what you two currently have.

You say the relationship is dead, so why keep it? If he is your best friend as you say, be honest with him. If you cheat, and when he finds out, your relationship will take another step from being dead to worse.

If sex is all you need, spice things up. There are tons of things you can do.

Well if you can't brake it off with him and he's like your best friend and he's like the guy that you've always wanted then why would you want to cheat on him? Just tell him that it's not working out and you'd rather just be friends.

If he is really the guy you have always wanted then you wouldnt feel the need to cheat on him...think about it.....If you are saying the relationship is dead then its dead and dead things dont come back to life! You need to break it off with him and not lead him on any longer. I know its hard to lose a friend but do you want to lose him by cheating on him and have him hate you?! Prolly not~!

The words you may want are both break off and brake, as in put the brakes on.

First break up with him. Be honest. Realize it will not be easy.

Then you should take some time to abstain from any sexual relationship for a while, meanwhile you get your head clear, and hopefully avoid "rebound" with any other poor chap.

Since he's like your best friend, that part of your relationship isn't 'dead'. Try to work things out with him. If you must have sex with another man, break up first.

If 90 percent is good, don't throw it away for the other 10 percent. Find a guy on the side that can satisfy you between relations with hubby! If he is a good guy everywhere in bed, why cause him, or you, pain and hardship. Good luck! Just let your Friend know that there are rules to follow, including no falling in love!

If you want to cheat, then you should end the relationship or find a way to spice it up and find the love again. How would you feel if he cheated on you? No very good I would expect. You need to talk to him and tell him how you are feeling and try to fit the problem instead of cheating. Good Luck.....

You have to decide between leaving and finding a new love (hey, there are other fish in the sea) or staying with this guy. Don't cheat on him, but maybe you guys could just be friends.
