Actually your boss should know the fact. But be careful because your boss might not accept the info or even believe you. It depends on how much Ms. Wonderful has your boss wrapped around her manupulative fingers. It may back fire on you. Let's just hope your boss is openminded. Anyway you would know how your boss is. Next best thing is to haved someone say it for you. Good luck!

I have been in this situation before. Honestly I just kept doing my job , avoided unnecessary confrontation and watched my back around that type of person. If you tell your boss they may not care (some bosses dont care as long as they show up). The other possibility is that they do care and will take action.....if however they are not fired...you got yourself a new office enemy who may now level the playing field in their favor if they have an idea it was your doing. I can honestly say people like this are very successful in keeping their jobs (in my experience), so hopefully you will be promoted or find something better or just stay and do a great job and watch her like a hawk. Good luck and watch your back.

Just let her be, as long as she does not harm you or your work in any way. Show her that you are serious about your job and set the good example. I also would not say anything to your boss about her ways. I have learnt that bosses don't like accusations, but appreciate discreteness. Especially since she would not believe you anyways. Let her find out herself.
Just remember the truth always finds it way to the surface, and one day she will get caught. Just make sure you stay on track.

Call in sick one day and let her do her thing. Then tell your boss "I can't believe _______ didn't do anything yesterday. She's such a good worker." You should take care of this problem little bit by bit. Let your boss see the real her. She'll hang herself. They always do.

That or find another job.

just tell your boss that she is not doing her part when your boss is not around. Your boss will think alot of you for being honest with him/her. Explain to your boss that you are not trying to get anyone in trouble, but it is just putting alot of stress on you because you are having to do 2 times the work...hope i could help.

I think if this person did such a bad job, your bosses would know....perhaps its all in your mind. They judge on performance and are well aware of who does what.

Don't worry about someone else not doing their job. Just be sure you do yours.
