Why do I get aroused so easily? When I'm out with my boyfriend, I can understand why I get aroused when we kiss. However, I can get aroused from him holding or stroking my hand or him holding my waist. The last time we went out, I had to go to the restroom several times because of this. Why is this happening? Is it because I'm a virgin? Or because I'm nervous? What can I do to not become aroused so easily? Yes, I'm an adult. Thanks.

Hey, I've been with my guy for almost 20 years, and I still get aroused "easily". I thank my lucky stars that I react this way to my husband's touches. All I have to do is close my eyes and think of the many wonderful times we've been together and I am aroused. The anticipation of what comes next (I already know so well) still makes me horny for him.

If you are an adult then you shouldn't be asking john public such a question.
you should know your body and what makes you who you are and why he gets the better of you.
there is also mind over matter.
you have to learn to control your feelings.
there are times when just the slightest brush of hands can send you off the deep end.
the thought of actually being with someone for the first time is enough to send all of your hormones off .
but that is all up to the individual.

most guys will love the idea that you get aroused so easily (i know my partner does lol)
you probably get aroused so easily because you feel very strongly about him, however i can understand that its getting a bit too much for you to have to go to the toilet several times to calm down *ahem*.
so maybe try to think less about what hes doing/how hes doing it and try to ignore your urges lol

Maybe because you are very physically attracted to your boyfriend? With my current boyfriend, this happens to me all the time, because I am very attracted to him. Even while cuddling and holding hands I am aroused. On the contrary, I dated my ex-boyfriend due to his personality and not because I was attracted to him. I was barely aroused even when he kissed me.
Haha it's fun though. I wouldn't want to stop.

U r very attracted to your boyfriend.... your hormones are in overdrive.....Its not something that u can control unless u are interested in a sexual relationship with him. U really connect on a sexual level with him... how is the emotional aspect of your relationship.... he might be your Mr. Right.....

I think this relationship has struck a passionate nerve within you...my gf is the same way, I had to ask her if she is normally like that and she said never...I have found a certain way to kiss her and it overwhelms her ... I like it but its hard for her to be still if I do it in public....I think its a plus in the relationship...let it be.

Discipline your thoughts? Why are you going to the restroom. Maybe you need to see a sex therapist if it's that big of an issue. How long have you and your bf been together?
