It's because they are devious.
Prayer...hmmmm you never know. In Islam we believe that all things praise God and worship Him in their own way. :D

No, they are plotting against you. All villains rub their hands together while plotting.
Are there any religious groups that rub their hands together while praying? I've heard of clasping hands during prayer but not rubbing them together. Maybe some Satanists do, but they are probably doing more plotting than praying...
