Look, I know I like this girl as a girlfriend or friend, I knew her in school and we seemed to be mild aquaintances, no that school is over, how can I ask her out or get her attention when the only place I see her is my work at a grocery store, in which she buys healthy food and athletic stuff, (I'm athletic also). She came in the other day and we only looked at eachother because her mom was with, I know a girl as a friend who is friends with her family and I'm sure could mediate between us, but I don't want to look like a pus**, she is a nice enough girl that I'm sure she would turn in down with a smile, but I still worry about the repercussions of putting myself out there with her..... How can I make those moments we see eachother more productive? How can I ask her out? Call Her? not at work in front of other of course, but how?

Next time you see her, ask her if she would like to go jogging with you. Make it an informal occasion with no pressure... After the run, if she wants you to come over... cool, otherwise make plans for another time or dinner or whatever.

Just ask her out at work. What is the worst thing that could happen. Grow a pair and ask her. She has probably been wanting you to ask her for a long time. Have some confidence she will probably say yes. Don't look for the easy way out or you will look like a pus**. But don't do anthing dumb like sing a song or get flowers for her or anything like that.

Don't obsess - If you want to ask her out, just go up to her ask her out, you don't need any sly moves or trivkery. Just say something like "Hi, remember me, would you like to go out sometime" (or whatever). Just do it. If she says No, then be gracious and say "Oh well, maybe later" or something (don't make a scene). If she says yes, take her someplace safe the first time (like the park when there is a lot of people there, or to a fast food place). Save the movies, dancing, and nights at home for later on in your courtship.

You said you both are athletic...next time you see her ask her if she wants to go jogging with you or something..
Or say you have this really good healthy recipte you would like to cook for her.
Use what you know about her to your advantage.

Why not write your name and phone number on a slip of paper and give it to her the next time you see her? Tell her you'd like to talk to her if she has the time, hand it to her and go back to working. This way you're leaving it up to her and if she doesn't call you, you'll know not to waste your time.

Just freaking ask her out!
She's already saying no to you, because you haven't given her the chance to say yes. If you ask her out and she says no, you can stop fretting over it in your head and move on. If she says yes, go out and have fun!!!

well then I suggest that you can start by sending her a handmade card with your letter attached on it,express your feelings,let her know how much you want to have a deeper relationship with her and that you'll respect her if she dont like your interest with her
