Today I saw one of the counselors from my school. Well over the summer there was another teacher that made a smart eleck remark to me, and the counselor laughed about it stupidly. Well I laughed stupidly too just to be smart. Well I saw her today and she usually says "hey" but when she saw me she just looked me up and down and walked away, and she had a smile on her face, i guess from talking to someone earlier. It kinda faded when she saw me though.

without knowing what the smart alec remark was or why it was said, I can't get a good idea of why it would bother her that you didn't let it bother you. Apparently you mocked her, though, so that must be it. Maybe she didn't mean to offend you or take the teacher's side, and when you laughed 'just to be smart' you hurt her feelings. These things happen. Live and learn.

OHHH< Couselora are so weird sometimes....sorry out there but they loose it with soo many students...
Just ignore her, don't worry about her.
But I don't know what the "eleck" was.
Be careful, don't ever accept a sarcastic comments about you from anybody, you can answer back right away but remarking, that you don't apreciatte that kind of comments...., instead of laughing, so they know you mean business.
Next time you see her, if she swipes you from head to toe.....you do the same.............be discret about this, but let her notice it.

Have you gotten a haircut or anything this summer? Maybe she just didn't recognize you.
