Go on this way. It's better being addicted to healthy activities than to smoke or alcohol.

Taking a day's rest does not mean you are lazy. Alternating workouts is a good idea for someone who likes to exercise the way you do, i.e legs one, upper body the next, abs and core on the third day.
Not taking a rest can be unhealthful, your body needs to rest from working out in order to get the full benefits of the work out.
Also look into your diet if are feeling tired.
But it seems like you could just take a rest :-)

It depends. By no means, do not get lazy. However, in order for your body and its muscles to function in optimal performance, appropriate rest is required. Get 8 hours or even 9 hours of sleep every night, drink 8 glasses of water every day and eat healthy. Don't get addicted because it has been proven that too much exercise is almost as unhealthy as not enough exercise. However, due to your briefness of the exercise and the fact that you only do it 6 days per week (3-5 is the recommended amount), you should be fine. Just to be safe, I also advise that you take Saturdays off and exercise in moderation. For example, instead of 30 minutes, try 15. Instead of jogging, try walking or powerwalking. Instead of low-rep heavyweight training, try high-rep lightweight training, etc.

Your muscles need a break! Yur muscles need time to recover. If u keep doin this, u will have an injury pretty soon. Work out every other day. Also go to yur nearest vitamin shoppe or gnc and buy some GLUTAMINE that helps recover yur muscles which helps u work out more instead of taking a couple days off a week.

Yes too much of anything can be bad for you. Your body needs time to heal and regenerate. You also need to consider your activities outside of working out as working out. Also be mindful that exercising can become an addiction. You should probably cut it down to every other day. And if you feel like it is an addiction and you are hurting yourself then please seek help outside of yahoo.

The amount of exercise you're doing is not too much.
I do 3 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Maybe you need some different cardio - spin, boxercise....that sort of thing....to give you some variety.
If exercise is your only addiction, you'll have a great life.

Actually with what you're doing...1hr and 15mins is pretty good. Just don't go overboard and start excersisng for hours on end everyday, that would be very unhealthy.

you might be overtraining, try different things. substitute with racquetball, bike riding, skating, or any physically demanding activities that you may enjoy. you don't neccessarily need to be in the gym all the time. i was the same way, then i started jiu-jitsu and muay thai...trust me..those are very physically demanding and keep me out of the gym at least 3 times a week
