Is it better to eat more often or larger meals? Anyone have any tips for being able to stuff more food down without feeling nauseous?

dont stuff it all down in huge gulps just take your time and youll see. Eat bigger and bigger meals everyday and when u digest the food eat again if your hungry, then your stomach could get use to your new lifestyle of eating..

i think the ideal thing is for you to gain lean muscle not fat.
Because fat is unhealthy
What you do is eat a healthy amount of protein daily and work out using resistance training at home or at the gym.

Bally total fitness has really low rates now for suimmer so you can take a visit to one in your area and they will give you more guidance. Good luck!

Work out and your muscles will grow bigger. Horseback ride, or do dance or cross fit. I do all those things and I have the same problem as you but Im 16 and wight 100 lbs. Good Luck.
