On a day-by-day basis, you'll probably get $50. Otherwise, consider offering a weekly rate of $150 - $220. I'm not in the Chicago area, but where I live, that's the weekly rate.

First off, if you can't even type correctly, how do you speak? WHy would I want my children to be around a person that does not have at least half way decent grammar. Spelling is one thing, but "who need a babysitter?" How about "Who needs a babysitter?" Being a babysitter is not a job where you just sit around and tell the kid yes and no and give them something to eat. You have to interact with the children and if age appropriate, read and write with them. If you can't do this yourself, who would hire you to do it with their children? Secondly...if someone could pay you 50 bucks a day, then they'd be taking their kids to a daycare where they WILL teach them correct grammar. Sounds to me like you need to go back to school or find work somewhere else.

how about

"Who needs a babysitter? I am willing to work"

with that grammar, i wouldnt trust you to watch my kids! you can barely talk, so hwo do you expect to take care of someone else?

my kids would laugh at you if you tried to talk like that around them... and they are only 3
