Right click on your network connection for your interwap, click the advanced tab, and then click settings.
click add to open a new port, in the description, give it a name like myport 41170
Type 127.0.0.1 in the IP address
In the external and internal port boxes type the port number then select either tcp or udp.

try to download the Port Forward software
than install it. do the following steps from Port Forward software .......more information go to Port Forward software website.....
