I take it that you have a very old Mac by the fact that you're running 10.1; if so, there's unfortunately no way to install Windows on it. Microsoft has an application called Virtual PC for Mac that allows Macs with PowerPC processors (as opposed to newer ones which use Intel processors) to run Windows inside a window, but I don't believe Virtual PC supports versions of OS X that old. I hate to say it, but you're better off either buying/building a very cheap new PC, or learning how to use OS X. What problem are you having with OS X, by the way?

Wanting to run Windows is a common desire amongst the productive -- however why did you buy a Mac if you were interested in doing "boring" useful tasks?

If you have an Intel based Mac, you can dual boot using Apple's free BootCamp.

Or you can use Parallels

If you have a PowerPC based Mac, then you won't be able to load Windows on to it.
