Other answers fairly accurate... of course, depends on how fresh vs dried... back in the old days when I went out to the cow pastures... picked fresh at dawn... one cap was way enough for several people... and the high might last all night... tasted terrible even in tea... best way... cook in spaghetti sauce.. mainly body rushes... and some visuals...

Try 1 or 2 and it will last a couple of hours. Nice an easy.
Try 3 or 4 and you are probably in space, not recommended.
