The (US) programme for Puppies - 6 weeks to 1 year
6 to 8 weeks - First puppy shot (DHLPP) + Corona
11 to 12 weeks - Second puppy shot (DHLPP) + Corona
15 to 16 weeks - Third puppy shot (DHLPP) + Corona
Over 4 months - Rabies (repeat l year later)
7 to 9 months - First heartworm test

The puppy's first vet visit and shots should have been started by the breeder/shelter/whatever at the age of 6 weeks. If she is older than that, and has not yet been to the vet, please take her immediately.

Shots can be administered as early as six weeks. It depends on the vet, some will wait until 8 weeks.

The first distemper is usually give at 8 weeks, rabies cannot be given until 16 weeks.

Your vet could answer that better. But 4 to 6 months should be good. And at 6 months, the puppy can get spayed or neutered.
