No matter what order you put them they are the 10 commandments. Most religions follow the order in which the Bible lists them.

Catholics number them differently from Protestants, but the same content is all still there. I suppose if you want to be technical about it, there are eleven clauses in the Scripture passages containing the commandments. We differ in which two clauses we put together to make it come out to ten commandments.

The Ten Original Commandments Taught by Jesus
1. Ye shall worship eh One Eternal Unbegotten Lord Creator, of whom are all things made.
2. Ye shall not take away the life of any creature, nor yet torment it.
3. Ye shall cherish and protect the weak the oppressed and all creatures that suffer wrong.
4. Ye shall not eat the flesh nor drink the blood of any slaughtered creature, nor yet anything which brings disorder to your health or senses.

8. Ye shall not bear false witness against, nor willfully deceive, any, nor yet covet or steal their goods.
9. Ye shall purify yourselves daily and rest the seventh day.
10.Ye shall not do unto others, as ye would that others should to do unto you. 46:710-19

With reference to the Kingdom Gospel, I think Jesus came up with not only a different order, but a different kind of commandment... "Love God, and Love you neigbor as yourself."
I suspect he did this because the commandments can be abused by judging others with them.

No of course not. It is true the catholics tried to remove number four. The one that starts Remember. and split number ten Covertness into two but that failed centuries ago. God wrote them and they don't change.
If they are found else where it is either Hebrew history or the fact that they are so evident for a society

Well yes and no. They are all there but christians sort of don't count one of them and add another later on. They don't count (for obvious reasons), Thou shalt have no other "gods" before me.
