I recently had a party in Griffith Park in the Crystal Springs Picnic Area. It was great! Talk to the Park Rangers about getting a permit and then rent a moonbounce (only $100!) and maybe bring pizza or something else really easy. You'll spend a little bit, but it is far and away the cheapest party you'll have in LA. There are even some parts of the park where you can do it without a permit, but check with the Rangers first.

Disneyland, go to City hall for a birthday button and everyone will wish her a happy birthday. Call Disney Dining an book a spot for the birthday party on main street, its about $10.00 a person, everyone gets their own mini cake to decorate and when we did mine I got to take a picture with both Mickey and Minnie Mouse at the same time, thats hard to do. They have different characters so it might not always be M&M but its lots of fun. I turned 41 and enjoyed it and the 11 YO boy with us enjoyed it too even though it wasnyt his B day.

Bright child is a blast for little kids. I went there as a kid and I really enjoyed it. I think there's one in the valley. However, they might not exist anymore. If they don't, Broadway Gym is fun also.
