Disney Land and got o City Hall (At Disneyland) and get a sticker that says its my birthday and you get some special benefits. Also Universal City Walk not the theme park. Fun shopping and Virtual bowling at Jillians Universal.

I recently had a party in Griffith Park in the Crystal Springs Picnic Area. It was great! Talk to the Park Rangers about getting a permit and then rent a moonbounce (only $100!) and maybe bring pizza or something else really easy. You'll spend a little bit, but it is far and away the cheapest party you'll have in LA. There are even some parts of the park where you can do it without a permit, but check with the Rangers first.

Bright child is a blast for little kids. I went there as a kid and I really enjoyed it. I think there's one in the valley. However, they might not exist anymore. If they don't, Broadway Gym is fun also.
