Garabe Band, to get more Profesional, Pro Tools or SoundTrackPro

If you're just looking for a sound editor (as opposed to a music-making application like GarageBand), you might want to take a look at Audacity. It's free and open-source and all that good stuff, and includes a decent complement of tools and effects.

no not built in. u can get audacity which does just that.
