You aren't going to lose fifteen pounds in three weeks in any way that's healthy for your body. I'm going to make a non-judgy guess here: you're poor and you're "lumpy," so you probably eat a lot of fast food. If you switch NOW to spending the same money on fresh vegetables, brown rice, and small cuts of chicken and fish (this all takes less time to cook than you think, maybe ten or fifteen minutes), and training your body to be satisfied with smaller portions eaten more often, you can start putting yourself in generally better condition. Be more active--walk more, take the stairs instead of the elevator, that kind of thing. Swim if you have access to a pool, ride around a lot if you own a bike. This won't be a magic fix for your three week problem, but if you're in better general health, you'll look twenty times better regardless of a little extra padding (which you'll already be losing). Good luck.

If:
you start walking about 40 to 50 minutes every day.

CUT OUT all junk food, fried foods and red meat.

You could take off about 6 to 9 pounds in 3 weeks. You would not look significantly different. It takes, at least, 6 weeks for a weight loss and exercise to really show.

However, if you start a regular walking program of 35 to 45 minutes a day, NOW.

And do some research on healthy eating. I am not going to do it for you. (when you start your research you will run into lots of ads for diet pills and supplement... avoid those like the plague.)

Make an eating plan that you can live with for the rest of your life.

(Not just for 3 weeks. You will get home from the beach and just go back to your old ways and then panic when you will be seen in public.)

THEN you will start looking and feeling better. And have no need to panic when wearing something revealing.

ps this is not cheap.... There are bathing suits available that smooth out some of the lumps.... You will not find them at wally world. Try a specialty shop for women's bathing suits.

there is really no way to lose it in 3 weeks.....at least not healthy and permanently. If you have that much of a dramatic weight loss....you would only begin the whole "yo yo diet syndrome" and gain it back and possibly more. the best thing for you to do is lose it slowly to ensure it will stay off....The healthy amount is about 2-3 pounds per WEEK!! And these "low calorie/cut your calories in half" suggestions WILL NOT WORK!!! You must eat a MINIMUM of 1200 calories per day to make your body function normally! If you go below that, your body will go into "starvation mode" and will actually begin to store/horde the fat!!!! Work on the exercise and cutting out sodas (even diet) all together!!! drink your weight in ounces of water EVERY DAY!! (eg if you weigh 120 lbs, drink 120 ounces of water). Work on losing the weight SAFELY and buy a bigger suit for the time being.

WATCH CALORIES! I am serious I have been only eating 1200 calories a day and totally not working out which isn't good but still losing weight. I have lost almost 8 lbs in 10 days. If I mess up and eat something bad or too many calories I just cut the rest of my meals.
Good Luck you can lose 15 lbs easy this way.
:D

eat normally for one day, and count all the calories, then eat half of the calories, you may eat even more food if you change it to something fat free and still lose weight, it is safe and it is OK, for a little while. when you get back from the beach do some sit ups or eat a little bit less, also swim a lot while at the beach because swimming is the best type of excercise. That hard beach bod is all your for the taking :D

NO SUGAR. For the first 2 weeks eat a lot of salt and drink a lot of water. This will condition your body to retain more water. Then for the next week cut the salt completely, don't eat anything with sodium in it and limit your water intake to 36 oz in a day. You will dry up and look tighter. This is what body builders do before a competition.

This is besides doing lots of cardio, espcially when you wake up on an empty stomach.

Even if you're rich, you can't safely lose 15 pounds in three weeks! Start tonight eating properly and getting some exercise. You'll lose about 2 lbs a week and keep it off. In the meantime, find a suit that flatters you and get some cute wraps if you're feeling a little self-conscious.

There's no way that's going to happen, unless you go on a crash diet to lose 15 pounds of water or so..and then you will just gain those 15 pounds back or even more! One pound of fat equals 3,500 calories, which can take a week to lose.

You will have to lose weight the proper way. Aim for 1-2 pounds a week, watch your calorie intake, eat right, exercise, etc.

I tried those crash diets, starved myself, did whatever I could do to lose weight just as fast..It didn't do crap. Doing weight loss the healthy way is what really worked.

Eat whenever your hungry but only eat vegetables and oatmeal and drink water. You can eat other stuff just make sure its low in calories but still filling.

No sugery snacks or juice or soft drinks.

And do an hour of exercise once a day. Half aerobic and half strentgh trainning since that burns more calories longer. Be healthy looks aren't everything there just a good bonus.
