While overpopulation is a real problem, a planned political solution would have to be global - which is profoundly unlikely - and couldn't possibly fail to impinge upon the freedoms of many people in the process.
OTOH, as economies develop through the industrial phase, fertility has tended to decline. If that trend continues, human population will eventually stabilize - if economic development is allowed to continue.

I don't live in China for a reason.
Oh and by the way, I have no children and I doubt any women will ever let me plant the demon seed, but if people in Africa can breed without regard to the carrying capacity of the land, by God, Americans should be able to breed uncontrolled (oh and the U.S., Japan, and Russia are actually losing population due to not having enough children).
SCOTT A., what about diversity? Oh wait, Liberals only want certain types of diversity and would happily limit people they don't approve of (like Republicans).

population control would depend on how it is done if you do it like China where you are allowed 2 kids period if you have more they take them from you into governmental camps
if you do it like they say the iluminati wants to they cause the death of a third of the population then continue on like nothing happened
I think it can be a very dangerous policy however it is implemented

Well being that the educated populations- European descent and Japanese are dying and the Chinese are killing themselves by government control, that leave the uneducated populations left to be controlled and we all know that it isnt our place to judge or confer our beliefs unto others...

GREAT IDEA!!!!!!! Just like they used to do blood tests before youc ould marry, they should do background checks to make sure you have an income before being allowed to have a baby.
