I will try to give you some information from my experience (some of which is very recent).
A girl I know who I am friends with carries herself very well, she is nice, polite, and above all, confident. She is not the most gorgeous girl (or the best looking among the girls we work with) but for some reason there is a thing about her that attracts them all to her.
What I am saying is that good looks & a nice butt, eyes or what have you are all perks. Being confident about yourself & carrying yourself in a way that makes people say "wow look at her" can be done by anyone. I'm saying that be yourself & show that you have confidence in yourself & others around you will soon notice it.

I suppose the first thing may be many things, like how she is dressed, how she talks, but it is her eyes that would attract me to them. The eyes can say so much and I have found this to be the one thing that seems to attract me to a woman more than anything else.

Anyone that tells you its the eyes and the smile, ARE LYING TO YOU!!!
They look at her butt, legs and figure before they ever get to the eyes or smile.
If a guy sees a girl that is across the room from him, I guarantee he isn't straining to see her eyes.

Sense of style and the way she does her hair. I migh check out her other parts of her anatomy, but the way she dresses gets my attention first.
