Hinduism is the mother of ALL religions as it is the oldest and purest. All the other religions are only OFFshoots. The christianity is just 2007 ye\rs old and Islam 1407 yrs. But Hinduism is in existent more than 10000 yrs. If people cannot see reality nothing can be done..

No.This should not be. And this is true to other religions and philosophies such as Buddhism, Mohammedanism, Shintoism, etc. As a matter of fact, they compliment each other. The more you understand (not just read) about Hinduism, the more you understand the teachings of Christ. The more we understand and practice their teachings, the healthier and happier we are.
They are all the same in one thing, and different in so many other ways. The same on the fact that they make us realize that there is a Supreme Being much higher than us. And to enjoy the blessings and protection of the Supreme Being we have to afford Him of our highest degree of respect and adoration (worship) and for us to live a clean life (morally and physically).
Different in many other ways on the fact that they have different methods or practices of worshiping God. Like clothes, there are so many styles and fashions, but they all serve the same purpose: to cover or beautify ourselves.
May we all be one, and God bless us all.

Is christianity the worst religion on earth,...? yes christianity is the worst religion , just next to islam.Foolish christians don't know that when they were barbarians, Hindus were writing great epics, poetry n had a vast knowledge about science.
Even jesus from the age of 14 - 26 yrs( where was he during these yrs -- not written in bible) , lived and attined spiritual enlightment in India.
Now ---- christians have gone very far from the original teachings of jesus, they r commiting crimes n forcefully
" converting" people in the name of jesus. Jesus never mentioned about converting people on the basis of money.

Christianity and Islam are not relegions thay are organizations who want to rule people.See hostory of Europe adn Middle east.
About Hinduism , relegion is not a good word for it. It is way of life .The original name of Hinduism is Sanathana Dharma..
It is a total scietific evaluation of life,Soul,Planetary system,God and spiritual world.
If you are into Sanathan Dharma all other so called relegions will look like a joke played by jokers to you..

Born Hindu, went to Catholic missionary school, sang Christian songs(which is mandatory in Indian schools), saw religious war, prayed for unity, did all I could. I want to be part of unity so became a Bahai. Sorry for a long reply, this is a complex situation.
Personally, I have seen a village of people working in farms, construction before were hardworking. After becoming Christians, and having a huge church in their village, are rich. Why should someone's soul, belief bought with money?
Why should people be exploited for their situation? If not why there is alot of Christian missionaries pumping money to convert people into christianity? When would this proselityzing end?
Indian constitution was written to give offers, benefits to the oppressed castes(equivalent of Equal Affirmative Action of America). The contributors of the constitution is a multi religious, group who are working towards unity. Dr. Ambedkar(Graduate from LawSchool in NewYork Articles 19 through 30 talks about equality, educational rights, religious freedom, and freedom of religion.
Why should one religion continue to convert people in the name of religion? Is this not a blatant disrespect for the constitution? Wouldn't you be upset if someone else walks into your house with lots of MONEY, and offer you the money. All they ask you is give up what you believed and your generations stood for? That is the reason for all this religious clashes with Hindus and Christians.
Admiring the development of science, and the decade where a teacher is flying to the Space Station is mankind's progress. At the sametime, it is disheartening where we are faced with people fighting in the name of religion. Proud to be a Bahai. Something should be done to prevent this disunity. Hope this helps. Let there be unity and peace, and no Proselityzing.

Yeah, well, everything is a bad religion to Christians (even other denominations of Christianity). Hinduism is just greatly different from Christianity in its afterlife and pantheon.

Not at all, who am I to say what religion is better, I'm too busy celebrating life to worry about those types of things.
Love life and live a life of love and release all negativity from your life.
