Ever try OLD BAY seasoning? It's really for sea food, but when you have a clam bake, you put it on the potatoes too. It's kinda spicy, but not too much.

Also, if you have any herbs de provence, that'd probably be nice.

Maybe try garlic powder or paprika.

I used to put garlic salt on them. Now I put some splashes of balsamic or red wine vinegar and some fresh ground pepper. Yummy!

Seasoning salt is good, or you could use onion salt, that is good too. If you wanted to make them kinda sweet like some ppl do, use Cinnamon and sugar mixture.

Since the tatertots are already salty, why not mix onion powder with a little cayenne, garlic powder and black pepper and if you have some finely chopped scallions and top it with ketchup!!! Yummmmmmmmmmm!

Salt, pepper and garlic powder is good. I usually just use ketchup. You can kick up ketchup with Sirachi hot sauce- mix it half and half.

If you're into seasonings, why eat tater tots? How about ketchup for some dressing.

A dash of ketchup, a splash of lemon, a sprinkling of malt vinegar, a touch of sour cream & chives, short squirt of tabasco sauce or a dip of onions sauteed in butter!
