How do I get rid of this feeling?

I'm kinda sad but for no reason, and not all of the time and no one can tell that I am. I feel like not talking to anyone, but I'm normally a very sociable person, thats why I don't understand why I feel this way!?! Anyone else feeling like this lately?

I get like that all the time. It's really hard on my relationship with my boyfriend because he feels like its him but its really just me. I usually only get like that a week or two before my period

Depends on alot of factors. Everyone's feelings and personalities are different, and everyone has highs and lows in their lives. It is difficult to advise to do one thing or another, because different things work for different people. Here are some options though.

Check with your Dr. There may be a physiological way for the way you are feeling. Hormones out of whack, blood disorder, etc.

Try to do at least one thing every day that you enjoy doing.

Try to make new friends, get a new hobby, try a new activity.

Surround yourself with happy people.

eat healthy, drink 64 oz of water a day and take your vitamins

Get your sleep

Journal your feelings, see if you can spot a pattern in the ways that you feel.

Write down the things that you like, and the things that you don't.....make 2 columns and just write away.

Write down everything you don't like about yourself, and burn the piece of paper.


These are just a few things to try, don't give up! Usually these mini-depressions don't last for very long.

It sounds as if you have a few markers for depression. If this goes on for more than a couple of weeks, try to see a doctor about it.
