my mom is so neive and nice to him still.
she keeps being nice to him even though he ignores her. im so mad im gonna freaking punch my cousin in the face.

how old is your cousin??? If he is a kid maybe it is a phase but he should show her some respect. If you feel so strongly I suggest that you talk to your cousin when you are calm. Hitting will not solve the problem and neither will talking to him when you are so angry. If he is an adult then he has some serious growing up to do or maybe there are some other issues going on that you aren't aware of.

There is a principle that says that you are going to be as happy/serene as you choose to be.
Maybe your mother is choosing serenity over grudges. Happiness over bitterness. You see, in her way of thinking (that may just possible be different from YOURS) she is the winner. All around.
You, however, are p*ssed off and ranting to us. Wasting your time I'd say. Your mother sounds like a wonderful person with a BIG heart and a forgiving spirit. Be grateful for those things. And perhaps you could imitate them.
