Tylenol with codeine is by prescription only. It can't be bought over the counter.

Call around to pharmacies and ask if they sell it. It's strange that they would offer a narcotic medication over the counter, though...especially without a prescription. Codeine can really know you for a loop, so be careful using it.

Yes. They are called drugstores and love to sell codeine as long as you got the cash and a prescription.

There's a reason that this is by prescription only....please don't consider purchasing it in shady ways without full knowledge of the drug....consult with a Pharmacist.

Yea but only if you live in really bad neighborhoods. And not stores but houses....crack houses.
No you cant buy them in stores without a prescription.

not in the united states. That is only available with a prescription. I wish i was able to buy it Over the counter, it would be great.

You can buy it but you have to sign for it at the pharmacy. They have to keep track of who gets it so they know weather or not you are buying it for other purposes.
