Unconditional love exists between a parent and child (most anyway) but not lovers, not in my world. There are almost always conditions (as there should be).

Conditions:
No cheating
No lying
No betrayal
No stealing from me
No physically abuse
No emotional abuse

Shall I go on? Would you love someone who did those things to you or your family or friends? I wouldn't...that's why they are 'conditions'.

Yes. Everyone has "conditions" whether they admit it or not. You have conditions on what "type" you find attractive. When you fall in love, it is usually to someone you feel you can "connect" with. They have certain values, interests and goals that you share. I will never unconditionally love an admitted murderer or rapist since I find their value system disgusting and would never be interested in even talking to them.

For me it is love because for me to love him he has already proved what type of person he is to me
