He is my driving instructor...I just want to ask him for a 'drink'...but neither of us drink.
I don't want a relationship withhim...but I need a friend at the moment...how can i ask him...I'm very shy and have never asked a man out - think he would be taken aback.

hi i just joined the group and i'm new to any groups....so give me a chance.....i have a feeling we are gonna get along like drunk monkeys...but in answer to your query since niether one of you drink {nor do i for 3 a1/2 years} it could work well for you....for example during a lesson you could fit into your small talk how your nights sleep was not that restfull...and maybe a stop at starbuck would help...if he agrees...he's into you,and you wouldn't have to be forward....but remember...your driving lessons are not going to last forever so jump in and hang on !!! keep me informed...and if it helps to tell you....if i was in his shoes....i would really be turned on...INSTANTLY.

Not for drink, ask him out for dinner instead since both of you dont drinks..... as a friends is fine for a dinner tho
