okay well just ware you up untill you get your water truned back on. and put hair spary ONLY at the TOP !! and then just keep doing that and then rigth be4 u leave spray some purfume an wlak though it no one will even notice you havnt washed you hair cuz of the hair spray at the top then just brush your hair out and do the smaething the next day or go to your local ymca or somehting they have showers there near the pool put on our bath sutie ad bring shampoo swim for a lil bit to relax then get out and shower off . or just go in to shower no one will notice you havnt gone swimming 1t just get in and shower off but make sure to always shower there in your bathign sutie

you can buy a no water needed soap for about 3 dollars. you just put it in your hair andscrub it in. that should help you however if your water has ben turned off there are churches that will help with that too

Flushable cleansing wipes/towelettes. There are several brands available. Cottonelle is very good. Pesonnel hygiene is important and can prevent infections.

buy dry shampoo then just spray it in your hair. it also absorbs some of your hairs oil so that you don't look like you haven't washed your hair in a week.

i dont know bout where you live but here we have "dry shampoo and sry conditioner" which basically do the same thing as normal shampoo and conditioner without any water

hairspray, really good hairspray, your scalp is just dry, and if you havent no hairspray then use some kinda bbody mist, I am so sorry
