I was at Olive Garden last Friday. I ordered a to go meal. I specifically stated Maraneira sauce. As I was on my way to a capm ground, as I was going camping, I started eating the food. I saw something fat and around that was brown. Then I realized those fools gave me meat sauce. I was pissed. I'm a vegatarian-I barely ate the food and did manager to separate a lot of the meat. I just ate the cheese raveoli. It is too late to complain on the service?....It'll be a week in 2 days. But I do want some type of compensation done.

you should always check your take out orders before u leave the restaurant. they would have corrected it right there. and even then, you should have at least called the restaurant right away when u realized it was wrong and they wouldhave reimbursed you or made u a new meal. but at this point they probably cant do anything about it. if u were that pissed then why did u wait so long to do something about it?

YOu should definitely go back to explain to the manager about your situation. You were trapped and could not do anything from where you were, so you were deeply disappointed with their service. Insist that you are a "fan" of the Olive Garden and that you love the vegetarian meals, but the order you received was so far from what you needed that you could not eat it. So, you paid for a meal which you only got to eat a few bites.

This approach will explain that you were a victim, but that you are not hollering. You are just bringing this to their attention because you are an Olive Garden customer and want them to know how you were disappointed.

Please don't holler, this will make anyone defensive and try to just get rid of you. If you want to be reimbursed or somehow helped, they will receive a complaint from a person with an even temper who is disappointed much easier that from a hothead.

No way! I would still call and say something. You paid for a meal that could have made you sick, as you are not used to eating meat.

You're more likely to get some kind of compensation from the whole ordeal if you present it a calm and collected manner. I would also go to the restaurant to talk to the manager. There's not much they can do for you over the phone. At least if you are there in person the manager can give you a gift certificate or coupons or something.

Of course, you mention this to the manager and mention how inoinvenient and upsetting was this for you.
You love their restaurnat and you were hoping to enjoy your meal to later, only to become to a dissapointment.
I am sure he, then will offer some kind of meal on the hose today, or something.

I think you are out of luck on this. Had you returned immediately, I think they would have corrected the order, but a week - I doubt they would refund money.
