When I update and install a new version of the ZA security suite my Arthur / Kodak dental software ceases to function and Kodak cannot fix the problem. WHY? How do I contact Zone Alarm to discuss this with them, or better still allow the software company to talk to them? There must be other dentists out there who are suffering!!?

Disable it while using u'r dental program.
Or, install a fresh new release of ZA (do not update the program if you are having problem because of the update).

Or, simply just remove ZA and install something else.

Go to http://www.zonealarm.com web page. There a "customer support" link on the left side of the page.

You definitely need to talk to them about the incompatibility between the software applications. Maybe they can help and just maybe those two programs won't work together at all.
