The main reason I drink soda anymore is to clear the flem I get from terrible sinuses (I know its not a permanent cure, but it helps when I need it)
Almost anything else feels icky and sick in my stomach on bad days...is there any way to get the fizz from soda in something healthier and tastier like juice?

Like regular soda, with sugar or corn syrup?
Soda creates phlegm and consuming sugary liquids is the worst thing you can do, besides eating candy and junk food.
Try mixing juice with plain soda or water.
Or flavored zero calorie drinks.
But is this really new info?

I recommend flavored, carbonated Water. I live in a small town, so the only brand I know is called "Clear American", but I'm sure any will do. They taste a lot like soda and you get the same fizzy feeling. I know the bottles I buy are only 52 cents per liter, so it's a nice replacement when soda starts to get you down. Hope this helps!

Add seltzer to your juice, or drink flavored seltzer.
Shower or bathe before bedtime, so your sinuses drain out your nose more before bed.
Drink hot liquid before bed [ see above ], not milk products.
Eat dry cereal or honey on toast when you wake up - helps neutralize the 'crud' in your stomach.
Drink at least 1/2 gallon of water a day.
