I took out 2 chicken breasts from the freezer and put it in
the refrigerator 7 days ago. Are they still ok to eat?

No. I would say that it's bad. Usually chicken kept in the regular freezer is only good for 3 days MAX. When you open the chicken, you may even want to smell it to make sure. If the chicken is bad, it will have a rotten smell to it.

If they were fully cooked, they might be okay, but if they were raw, it's enough of a risk that I'd suggest tossing them out. Even if fully cooked, chicken has a nasty habit of acquiring that "refrigerator taste" after a couple days. Yuck.

No, the temperature of the food changes and that would hence create food poisoning especially when eating any animal protein. I would definitely not eat it.

Open them up, you'll know. Chicken stinks when it goes bad. If it smells alright it should be fine, just cook it well.

Absolutely not, poultry spoils faster than most any meat, with pork a close second. Toss it!

You will want to open the package and smell them...You will know right away if there is an odor...toss them if there is.
Also, if they feel slimy, then toss them...

no, the bacteria on them are off the scale you need to throw them out!!!
if you cook them it will make you sick!!!!!
2-3 days max in the fridge!!!!!!!!!
