Hi Im a 21 Year Old Female, Im about 5'0", I weight between 105-107lbs.. I wanted to lose 5-10lbs...
I was wondering if thats a good weight for me, and if not what should i do or what suppliments should i take to lose that weight... Mainly all my fat is at my tummy and a bit at my thighs and bum.. I really wanna lose the weight on my tummy, I've had it for years and I wanna know what i can do to lose that weight.. Thanks!.. :)

I dont drink Soda, I drink mainly Water!! i've been drinking water everyday for a year or so, I'll drink coke or canada dry once in awhile, Im not a big fan of soda..
I barely eat any sweets, because i dont really crave for them..
Im italian, so i eat pasta like 3-4times a week, or more, I've been jogging once to twice a week mixed with walking when i get tired for about an hour and 30-40mins.. Also I've been taking "Super Apple Cider Vinegar" - SlimDown...
I took Relacore, but that didnt do much really.. :(

Eat whole grain pasta instead of the regular variety. That will solve ur problem entirely i think.
Avoid soft drinks. Have fresh juice & water.
Avoid sugar, white rice and white flour.

Do you drink soda? If so can you quit? I stopped drinking soda and lost 10 pounds and I lost another 5 pounds with simple exercise and reevaluated what I ate and I still have not gained it back. So remember if you drink soda....stop! or replace most the sodas you drink with water, or 100% juice.

you should weight 100 lbs, but you aren't overweight at all. you could cut out one thing, like don't drink soda pop or something. drink more water, get more exercise.

@107 = sounds great!

Cut back on the PASTA to once a week!
and one more day of exercise.

That will do it.
