Your ideal weight would depend on your body type. Because you have more muscle you would need to weigh more than someone of the same height without that. Your BMI is in the normal range, so be careful with how much weight you choose to lose. Being active and working out are definitely important, as is diet. Make sure you're getting plenty of vegetables and healthy protein (so lean meats, like poultry, fish, soy products or beans). Eating 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day instead of three larger meals helps keep metabolism going strong, too. And don't forget a healthy breakfast! That kick-starts your metabolism for the day. Cutting back on (or even eliminating, if you can) sugar-filled drinks can help tremendously (so, sodas and coffee). That's one of the easiest ways I found to lose some weight. Core exercises are good, and maybe look at doing some arm work, too. More muscle burns more fat. You also have to be patient... you don't want to lose weight too quickly! It's not healthy. No more than 5 lbs a month, generally, but probably even less... especially for someone of your size. You can also try running longer distances to develop longer, leaner muscle in your legs. Yoga and pilates (if you do them long enough) can help with developing flexibility and slimmer, stronger muscles. Soccer players generally develop muscular legs, so don't be worried! They're supposed to be that way!

It naturally works and if I'd adopted it precisely I believe it might scare the residing daylights out of me due to the fact of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the understanding. I've under no circumstances bought some thing like this earlier than due to the fact they're often stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a fine shock. Get began at present!

It sounds like you want to tone up. Take little by little. Also what you are eating? Avoid greasy, oily foods. But this sounds you want to tone up. You can do this at home for free! Do regular arm lifts sets of ten and then increase once you feel confident to take on more. Then, crunches as you mentioned followed by leg lifts. But you must be COMMITTED to this. When you get up in the morning do a little workout followed by when you go to sleep AND watch what you eat. Many people think just because they workout that foods does not apply. It is most important of working out!

I know 5'4 should be weighing about 140lbs but since you say your in soccer your weight must be just muscle... If you wan to loose some weight drink more water and stop eating chips, cookies you know the junk food... Eat fruits (apple w/peanut-butter and so on) insteat of candy.

sorry dear but if you're athletic you're just never going to have that cute skinny little frame the magazines so adore. i feel you, though; i was a gymnast when i was younger and i HATED my muscular thighs. i wouldn't wear skirts or shorts, either. of course, now that i'm older i would kill to get those suckers back, but such is life. my advice is to learn to love your athletic frame. it may not be what the supermodels have, but think of all the power in your legs and butt that no skinny little girl will ever have! as long as you are eating right and working out, you are healthy and you should be proud.

Your weight as far as health is concerned, is completely normal and healthy. It just seems to me like it is distributed unevenly. I recommend seeing a trained professional about this problem because it is not a weight problem.

your thighs are probably big because of the soccer. if you have a lot of muscle, your weight will be higher because muscle weighs more. I'll bet that you don't have so much fat on your thighs. as active as you sound, you shouldn't have fat at all. don't worry about your weight. if and when you stop playing soccer, they'll shrink. my daughter's did.
