Where can i find Illinois laws pertaining to minors, specifically regarditng theft?

My brother, 14 years old, stole a bike from a garage and then lied to the police about it!!!! :( I've looked on the internet for anything that can help me find out what will happen to him but i haven't found anything!! Please help!!!

The Coal Mining industry has been against it employees stealing for a long time now.....i would contact them.

Look under the regular laws. They will try him in juvenile court for the offenses he committed. There is not a special set of criminal laws for minors.
