no. he is 100% correct. The feeling of being drunk is a direct result of being poisoned. another reason to smoke 420.

I would say in large but not small quantities, because it is a matter of what the body is capable of processing.
Perhaps drinking to the point of drunkenness would be poisoning in a light way.
Drinking an exceeding amount, would be poisoning in a heavy way, since serious harm can come from that.

Ethyl alcohol (the kind you can drink) is toxic above a certain level. So yes, your father is technically correct, although as you know, people can usually indulge in moderation. At the molecular level, every functioning human body produces alcohols and soaps. It's normal - but sounds kind of weird, huh? Look up the process of saponification if you want to impress your buds...

it does contain toxins which can poisen the liver if not taken in modication.also alchohol it is claimed destroys brain cells.
