i got liltle red spots all over my leg n they're like tiny dots but then they went away then came n now theyre gone away
any idea what they mite b, or what causes them?

Could be folliculitis. Its an irritation of your hairs that causes the roots to become red. If your spots are at the base of your hairs, then thats probably it, but there are plenty of other explainations.

It sounds to me like razor burn. If you use a disposable razor, you should invest in a higher-quality one. Make sure you use shaving gel, not soap. Skintimate has an aftershave for women that helps to prevent razor burn.

Whenever I take 'over the counter' sinus medicine I get the spots you describe.

potentially scabees, ask your doctor and he can give you promethrin cream and tell you to wash all your bed sheets and everything.

But it might be an allergic reaction to something, like the clothes you're wearing.

Are they itchy? If they are in a line formation, you are getting flea bites. I would suggest checking any pets you may have.

If they are itchy and when you scratch them they flake off, that sounds like psoriasis. Prescription cream can usually fix that.

may be heat bumps becuz of summer but if it bothers u. You may want to go see a doc.

If they dont itch they could be a heat rash or you could be allergic to something
