how muxch weight will i lose by sept 5 if i do this every day:

1 hr of biking
20-40 mins of pilates
20 mins of cardio with weights
20-30 mins of reg cardio..

im also eatiing semi-well....but im improving

adding as much muscle mass to your body as possible will help a ton with weight loss, because muscle bursns fat 24/7. cardio will only burn fat for a few hours after you stop. so, maybe balancing it out to 45 minutes of weight lifting, and 30 minutes of biking. also, diet has a huge impact on how quickly you lose weight, quite possibly it has a bigger effect thatn exercising. so, really try to watch your calories, and your intake of "white" foods: breads, cereals, pasta, rice, etc. there are some great calorie counters on line that can help you log your calories for the day, you'll be amazed at how much you are overeating!

depednign on age. find a gym trainer to give u a proper programe
