We have a special way we make french fries in our family. After we peal and cut up our potatoes we salt and pepper them. Then we coat them with flour. We fry them and that leaves them with an extra crisp coating. Just like an onion ring. W love these on special occasions.
Give it a try..I bet you will love it too. (if the flour does not want to stick to the potato just sprinkle a small amount of water on the cut up fries)

I'd have to say its a close call between cream potatoes and baked potatoes. If there are any cream potatoes leftover they're perfect for potato cakes!

All of the above.
Also scalloped, au gratin, potato chips.....
I cut them into wedges, put them in a baking sheet with some butter, and dust them with garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and paprika and bake them about 15 min on each edge. MMMMMM
