Why not go over a little earlier and say I would love to help you Aunt Rose. It would be so much fun and then when you are there make sure it gets cooked right.
Who knows it might be fun and bonding for you and your Aunt rose. Something to remember for ever.
Good luck with dinner.

tell Aunt Rose that it is nice she wants to cook for your family but it would be nicer if the food was cooked longer to insure its doneness.ask if you can help by preparing the salad or setting the table so she can make sure everything is cooked long enough and with a little help it will be easier to do that.besides you might learn something.good luck.

Whether your Aunt Rose cooks something to your taste or not, you should appreciate the invitation and not say or do anything to hurt her feelings.

I think you are an ungrateful little girl. I am sure she does not under cook her food on purpose. How about you all cooking her a meal for a change.
It irritates me when people complain about another persons good intentions.
