This is not a problem. You are 13 years old. You are hitting puberty big time. You are now coming out of "cootie phase" and are interested in and are sexually attracted to girls. This is a natural development in life. You are sexually curious. There is nothing deviant about that.
Of course this doesn't give you the moral or legal right to see naked women by becoming a peeping Tom or invading the privacy of others. Talk to your dad about this. It may be time for a birds and the bees talk.
