If He can make a rock so big that he can't lift it, then He is more of a Creator than a Mover.

If He can make a rock so big that he can't lift it, but then does, then He has performed the logically impossible and the universe explodes.

I think I prefer the former.

The answer is no, but not for the reason you are thinking of.

Being omnipotent does not mean being able to do anything in an absolute sense. it means being able to do all that is within your will to do. The Bible is clear that in the Christian understanding of God, he cannot lie, cannot sin, etc.

In order for God to create a rock that he could not move would mean that he would have to create something over which he did not have sovereignty over. This would be a denial of himself as Lord over All Creation. That is why the answer is no.

Maybe he did, and was crushed by the rock, which is why we haven't heard from him since the book of revelations.

He moves rocks with just a word.

"Size doesn't matter".

Doesn't everyone know that?

God can not do something that is against His nature: I.e He can't not be holy, he can't lie, he can't steal, he can't not love us. There are too many can not's for God in that sentence you posed.
