Sometimes by a mistyped word gets a misleading between people. May be the real thing is:
Amore è "love is'. If the subsequent word is something like: Perdonare "forgive", dare "give", soffrire "suffer", essere paziente "be patient", and so on, that would be the answer.

If you mean the Latin word, no, there's no hyphen (in Latin, it's called a 'macron') over the 'e'; but there is one over the 'o'.
